The Parmenides Foundation cooperates with several internationally renowned institutions. 

The foundation's Parmenides Center for the Study of Thinking has been established in cooperation with the Ludwig Maximilian University Munich. PCST collaborates closely with members of the Parmenides faculty as well as with institutions such as Karolinska Institutet, and Scuola Internazionale Superiore di Studi Avanzati (SISSA).

The Parmenides Foundation is a founding member of EUNICE (European Network of
Interdisciplinary Centers of Excellence) and meets regularly with the members of this network for exchange and discussion of new scientific ideas.
