Based on a consultative approach, C.A.T. and its Partners offer the preparation, facilitation and wrap-up of meetings or workshops addressing the issues and challenges that our customers come up with. C.A.T. and its partners actively use Parmenides EIDOS™ – Visual Reasoning and Knowledge Representation in the facilitation process.
As the format of our activities often evokes the instrument of a workshop and our efforts aim at introducing “good thinking” we developed the notion and the format “Thinkshop”.
Opposed to a traditional consultative approach our aim is to enable our clients to run strategic projects on their own by using their own expertise in a structured manner (emancipative consulting). In order to achieve this, we and our Partners help our clients to systematically activate the potential of using Parmenides EIDOS™ in their organisation.
Finally C.A.T. offers support for Parmenides EIDOS™ Users community by organizing user group meetings, coordinating a scenario club and by offering support and trainings.
