In addition we develop and analyse szenarios and help to build up monitoring and evaluation frameworks to not only support the development of strategies but also their execution and focused action. Our activities in the consulting area are supported by Parmenides EIDOS™ – Visual Reasoning and Knowledge Representation methodology which allow for an integrated, systemic analysis of complex environments or issues in a participatory and transparent format.
It is our goal to enable governments and institutions to integrate sound strategic decision making processes as a self-evident quality of their ongoing work. Therfore we offer the implementation of Parmenides EIDOS™ methodology through training sessions on integrated strategic planning for task forces, departments or entire divisions of governments and institutions.
As an important element on bridging the gap between the research of Parmenides Foundation and the challenges and issues of key players in governments, non-governmental organisations and multinational corporations we offer policy seminars in the form of customized programs for the executive level.
