Parmenides Academy designs and delivers training courses for senior executives within large international companies and leading public sector entities. The company’s course content incorporates insights gained from the Parmenides Foundation’s multi-disciplinary research and expertise on thinking, which has resulted in two distinct product lines:

ThinkingExcellence courses aim to foster participant’s strategic thinking capabilities or to provide insights in practical applications of cognitive neuroscience. The faculty consists of renowned scientists whose expertise is often paired with relevant business experience.

OperatingExcellence courses are practical in nature and deliver current best-practice with the focus on application in the workplace. Trainers are experts in their subject fields with relevant practical experience. Parmenides Foundation ties in leading scientific content through guest lectures.

The Parmenides Foundation was established in 2000 as a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering multi-disciplinary research on thinking. The foundation runs the Parmenides Center for the Study of Thinking, a research organization that was set up in cooperation with the Human Science Center of the Ludwig Maximilian University Munich.
